The cove is a perfect sunbathing and swimming spot and is accessible from the center of Corniglia via steeps stairs. Expect a 10-min climb on the way back!
You can rent a kayak there and get a different perspective of Corniglia by the sea. Consider visiting the unspoiled Guvano beach further North, only accessible by boat / kayak since the land access has been closed off
