A visit to Ecovinyassa is a refreshing experience, offering a break from the usual tourist trail in Mallorca. Whether you’re a citrus aficionado or just looking for a unique and peaceful outing, this ecofarm provides a taste of Mallorcan agriculture at its finest.
Upon arrival, you'll be struck by the beauty and serenity of the place. The farm is surrounded by lush groves of orange, lemon, and olive trees, and the air is filled with the sweet aroma of citrus. You'll be greeted by the friendly staff, who will give a short introduction of the farm.
The rest of the tour is self guided through the citrus groves but you will find plenty of info-boards, explaining to you the different species of lemons / oranges and other plants you might find. The children are usually delighted when feeding corn to the peacocks and chickens at the beginning of the tour. As you wander through the self-guided tour, you'll come across a special surprise: a basket will wait for you at a rest stop with your name on it and a large orange to taste along the way.
After your exploration, you’ll be treated to a spread of homemade goodies, including freshly squeezed orange juice, lemon marmalade, and traditional Mallorcan treats, all made with the freshest ingredients from the farm.
Before you leave, make sure to stop by the small gift shop, where you can purchase organic products made on the farm. From citrus-scented soaps to bottles of olive oil, there’s a little something to bring a piece of Ecovinyassa back home with you.
